My credentials: I’m a pharmacist with 20 years of healthcare training experience – I’ve been teaching and training healthcare professionals for two decades. I’m also a contributing author to “The AI Revolution” (bestseller). This combination means I deeply understand regulations (PHIPA, PIPEDA), compliance in practice, documentation burden, and most importantly – how to teach complex topics in practical, implementable ways.

I’ve worked with SMEs and understand limited budgets and small teams. As someone who juggled career advancement solo while raising kids, I deeply understand busy professionals trying to upskill without sacrificing everything else.
